Over the course of 7 years, Blau Plumbing experienced 7 separate break-ins into our service vehicles. Each occurrence cost our company roughly $2,000 in immediate damages, not to mention the stolen tools, lost time, and the logistical nightmare of taking a truck out of service for repairs.
The risk became so severe that it actually forced us to limit the service areas where we would send our technicians. We knew there had to be a better way to protect our fleet and our livelihood. When we couldn't find a solution on the market that was fast, keyless, and truly secure, we built it ourselves.

One (1)-Year Limited Warranty
Window Warrior warranties to the original end-user purchaser that Window Warrior products stating they come with a one-year limited warranty will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later), provided that the product is used as directed. Because Window Warrior cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only if this product was purchased from Window Warrior or a Window Warrior authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Window Warrior reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
This limited warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear, abuse, accidental damage, damage caused by an attempted break-in, or when the damage or defect has been caused by repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Window Warrior and its authorized agents. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:
The first, which will result in exchanges only, is to return the product to the authorized retailer from whom it was purchased. Returns should be made within the time-period of the retailer's policy for exchanges. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits for returns or exchanges.
The second option is to take or send the product (prepaid) to Window Warrior for repair or replacement at Window Warrior's option. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required.

SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
